Schedule is Full-time, 8-12 hour shifts.
Monday-Friday + weekends. (Because somehow, everyone wants to "just look" at cars on Saturdays.)

• Build relationships with customers (be the reason they brag to their in-laws about their "car guy/gal").
• Guide clients through the buying process without looking like a used-car-movie villain.
• Stay organized in a fast-paced environment (our CRM is basically Tinder, but for Mazdas and people).
• Learn way too much about Bluetooth settings.
What We're Looking For
• Sales experience = cool. Auto sales = cooler. Personality = deal closer.
• Bilingual in Spanish = chef's kiss.
• Positive, motivated, and detailed enough to notice the customer spilled Dunkin' in the cupholder.
• Able to work weekends (sorry, Saturday is when Florida shops for cars).
• High school diploma required; PhD in "convincing people the red one is faster" optional.
Pay & Perks (The Good Stuff)
• $4,000 sign-on bonus (45 days after you prove you're not a hologram).
• 30% commission (yes, THIRTY PERCENT).
• Weekly Pay! (WEEKLY NOT weakly, and Yes, your landlord will love us).
• Realistic first-year pay: $55k-$100k+. Top performers crack $178k and laugh in premium gas.
• Paid training (2 weeks of "Mazda 101" plus how to survive on dealership coffee).
